AS with the author I have found posture position change during a session in response to working a specific area to be key to developing clinical reasoning. After 13 years of the work and having a part in the radiographic study so that I know the structural defects underlying many of the responses, I can often quickly go to an appropriate protocol or refer to appropriate treatment.
